This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a modern, forward thinking, professional from the Engineeringor Construction sector to join our thriving College and be at the forefront of the new T Level qualifications. The College is continuing to implement new T level qualifications as they become available, and this is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to work with us infurtherdeveloping our curriculum.

We are looking for a lecturer to join the STEM faculty to join our growing team of Engineering and Design/Surveying/Planninglecturers. The T levels are verybroadand we would encourage applicants from any area of Engineering and Construction. Our recently constructed T level building includes three purpose-built engineering workshops, including an electronics and materials testing lab, a design and 3D printing lab, and a workshop with CNC capability, as well as dedicated teaching spaces for DSP with integrated high-spec PCs for CAD.

Applicants may bewholly interested in teachingeither Engineering orDSPand we can be flexible to incorporate either into the team.

This post would be suitable for an experienced teacher, or someone looking to move into a career in teaching from prior work in the Engineeringor Construction industry.

The successful applicant will have an opportunity to develop their passion for education within a supportive and quickly developing area, playing a pivotal role in the continued development and delivery ofthe innovative

T levels.

The post holder will be expected to:

• Teach to a high standard, and develop the relevant skills to teach truly outstanding provision
• Work with the STEM Faculty and with enrichment staff to create provision that excites and stimulates demand

Candidates should have a commitment to providing high quality learning to enable all learners to achieve their full potential. The ability to truly work as a team playeris alsoessential. The post-holder will be expected todemonstrateoutstandingorganisationaland interpersonal skills.
