Role Overview
Are you passionate about ministry and making a positive impact in the lives of children, youth, and families? Halo Staffing is seeking a motivated and organised Protestant Religious Education Coordinator to support and lead faith-based programs within a military chapel community at RAF Fairford.
Hours:
Approximately 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- A supportive and structured working environment.
- Part-time hours with some flexibility.
- Meaningful work supporting families within a military community.
- Opportunities to utilise and develop leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience in ministry leadership, youth programs, or religious education preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multi-faith environment.
- Confidence with administrative tasks and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of Protestant theology and worship practices.
- Fluent in English.
- Right to work in the UK.
