SEN Teaching Assistant - Cirencester

Academics is currently recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school in Cirencester.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the classroom, including children with additional needs. Your role may involve:

  • Providing one-to-one or small group support
  • Assisting children with a range of learning needs, including mild to moderate SEN
  • Supporting communication, confidence and social development
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

You will work closely with class teachers and other staff to ensure all pupils feel supported, valued, and able to succeed.
