We are currently recruiting Nurture Teachers to join our growing team supporting children and young people across Sefton and Knowsley . If you are a passionate Primary or Secondary-trained teacher who wants to move away from a traditional classroom environment and have a genuinely positive impact on a child's education, we would love to hear from you.

What does the role involve? As a Nurture Teacher, you will work 1:1 with a child or young person , providing a bespoke, semi-formal curriculum tailored around their individual needs, interests, abilities and learning style. This is an opportunity to build a strong, trusting relationship with a pupil and help them re-engage with education in a way that works for them.

You will have the opportunity to: ? Deliver personalised 1:1 learning ? Develop a bespoke, semi-formal curriculum ? Build positive and trusting relationships ? Support children who may have struggled within mainstream education ? Develop confidence, communication and independence ? Make learning engaging, meaningful and enjoyable ? Work closely with families and other professionals ? Celebrate progress — however big or small Who are we looking for?

We are keen to hear from: ? Primary-trained Teachers ? Secondary-trained Teachers ? Teachers with QTS or relevant teaching experience ? Experienced educators who are passionate about SEND and nurture ? Teachers who are patient, creative, adaptable and relationship-focused ? Professionals who genuinely want to make a difference to a child's life You don't need to have all the answers.
