Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Days & Evenings Dungannon Vickerstock are recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading food manufacturing business operating at the forefront of quality, safety, and production efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, high-volume environment where engineering expertise plays a vital role in maintaining operational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

Work in full compliance with Health & Safety policies, always maintaining a safety-first approach. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance - both preventative and reactive - across production lines and plant equipment. Deliver maintenance activities in line with all statutory and company Health & Safety standards. Collaborate closely with Production Shift Managers and production teams to achieve efficiency and performance targets.

Ensure all maintenance work meets strict food safety and hygiene standards. Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring correct booking and stock levels. Oversee and coordinate contractors working on-site. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across all engineering areas. Provide support for new installations, upgrades, and engineering projects. Create, review, and update work instruction documents and risk assessments as required. Your essentials:
Time-served Engineer with both Mechanical and Electrical experience. Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent). Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
