We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Systems Business Analyst to bring structure and clarity to a busy finance function during a major systems implementation. The project is already underway, and you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Finance Systems Lead to shape how finance operates going forward.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in growth environments, enjoys untangling undocumented processes, and can confidently translate finance requirements into system-ready solutions alongside third-party partners.
What you’ll be doing :- Leading discovery workshops across AP, AR, GL and month-end
- Mapping and documenting finance processes and controls
- Identifying improvement opportunities
- Supporting ERP design, testing and implementation
- Bringing order, structure and momentum to a high-impact project
- Strong finance process knowledge
- ERP / finance systems implementation experience
- Experience working with third-party vendors
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder skills
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
