The Role Join our Community Wellbeing team and play a key role in improving wellbeing, community safety and safeguarding across the Cotswold District. Working alongside experienced officers, public sector partners, voluntary and community organisations, and Gloucestershire-wide partnerships, you will help deliver projects and initiatives that make a tangible difference to residents. The role carries responsibility for managing small project budgets, supporting delivery against agreed performance targets and partnership action plans, and contributing to the team's wider aim of building stronger, safer and more resilient communities.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape local outcomes while being part of a collaborative service committed to prevention, community engagement and continuous improvement. As a Community Wellbeing Officer specialising in Community Safety and Safeguarding, you will support the delivery of the Cotswold Community Safety Partnership Action Plan, work with partners across the county, triage safeguarding referrals, and support the development of robust safeguarding processes and learning.

You will need Experience working within a community wellbeing, community safety, safeguarding or related field. Excellent partnership working skills and ability to build effective relationships. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, community development or wider wellbeing issues. Desirable:
