As a Care Assistant at Agincare Homes Holdings, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to residents in their daily lives. This includes assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene, as well as administering medications, preparing meals, and engaging residents in social activities. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each resident's needs are met, and you will be expected to maintain accurate records and documentation.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months' experience in the UK and the ability to work part-time hours, including alternate weekends.

A day in the life of a Care Assistant

• Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
• Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
• Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
• Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks.
• Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
• Social activities
  - Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
