Lodge Security Group is seeking an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join our People Team. You will partner with managers, providing practical HR advice and employee relations support to drive performance, engagement and compliance.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage a varied ER caseload, support organisational change and help align HR policies with evolving employment legislation. This role requires strong people skills and a pragmatic, commercially minded approach.
