HR Administrator

We're recruiting for an HR Administrator to join the People Regulatory team of a leading financial services organisation in Cirencester. Supporting the employee lifecycle, you'll help manage regulatory processes, maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance across a range of HR activities.

This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in the office, working 35 hours per week. The assignment is expected to last up to six months and pays £16.00 per hour plus holiday pay

• Support regulatory onboarding, including background checks and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with annual certification processes and compliance reporting.
• Respond to employee queries via email and Microsoft Teams.
• Produce reports and validate data using Microsoft Excel.
• Support HR projects, tracking progress and maintaining documentation.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, compliance or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
