Salary: 30-40k depending on experience

Initially starting as an audit focused headhunting firm, Hudson Banks has grown to service the full range of service lines within professional services, and recently launched a legal department.

We are now seeking an experienced legal recruiter to join the team and further develop this area. You will inherit an established desk and warm relationships with a wide range of law firms, as well as being responsible for further building and developing one of our fastest growing service lines.

Acting as the client facing point of contact, you will be supported by an experienced Search and Selection team. No more splitting your time across cold business development calls and candidate generation, youll get to focus on further building already warm and established relationships with client stakeholders and will gain a reputation for high quality delivery, with help from your dedicated team.

• At least 12 months experience in a client facing recruitment role, specialising within the legal sector.
• Professional telephone manner, with the ability to build relationships quickly over the phone and in person.
• Persuasive communication style.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
