Zenovo are currently recruiting for a Technical Project Manager to lead bespoke new product development projects.
Technical Project Manager
Hybrid - 3 day per week in Wiltshire
£60-70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
37.5 hour work week
In this role you will be responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of Electronics projects and programs.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget and also act as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and knowledge:
- Expertise in complex full life cycle electronics project
- Strong background in managing complex technical projects to completion
- Direct experience in collaborating with customers and suppliers
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the standards and expectations when working in highly regulated industries
- Experience working on projects that involve both analog and digital design
- Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Power
BI or similar - Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the business including suppliers and/or external customers.
- Engineering and/or Business/Project Management Degree
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and define project scope.
- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, testing, documentation, training, and reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor progress, track performance, and adjust project constraints through financial and data-driven analysis.
- Oversee resource availability and efficient allocation across projects.
- Conduct risk management to identify, assess, and minimize potential project risks.
- Provide clear, regular communication of project updates, schedules, and outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Escalate issues and provide solutions-focused recommendations to leadership as needed.
