A well established and highly regarded regional firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor (2+ years' PQE) to join its growing team in Cirencester. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a friendly, professional department handling high quality work for a high net worth client base, including bespoke country homes and prime city properties.

The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, delivering a high quality, efficient service to clients. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers, contributing to the continued growth of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
- Managing your caseload efficiently and cost effectively with minimal supervision
- Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
- Preparing clear, accurate written advice and documentation
- Maintaining excellent client relationships and service standards
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
This role is suited to a solicitor with:
- Minimum 2 years' PQE in residential property
- Strong working knowledge of all aspects of general residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ambition, willingness to learn and a proactive approach
- A friendly, team oriented attitude
