Salary: £24,792 - £26,363, plus £2000 shift allowance and £1,032 weekend allowance
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the RoleCirencester College is looking for a reliable and trustworthy Estates Technician to take on estate duties around the busy College.
Joining a busy and friendly team, the position would suit someone who enjoys an all-rounder role that offers variety and working under your own initiative and as part of a team. Reporting to the Head of Estates and Environment, you will support the whole College by completing routine and reactive tasks.
The role will include responsibility to allow the successful candidate to lead on sourcing resources and quotes for two key skill areas in the department, such as vehicle maintenance, college driving procedures (MIDAS), carpentry, plumbing, groundworks, and electrics.
Work Pattern and Allowances- Early Shift: Mon-Thurs 7am-3pm, Fri 7am - 2:30pm
- Middle Shift (2 shifts):
Mon
- Thurs 10am - 6pm, Fri 10am - 5:30pm - Late Shift: Mon - Wed 1:30pm - 9:30pm, Thurs 12 Noon - 8pm, Fri 12:30 pm - 8pm
The role will be on a 4-week shift pattern for which an allowance is made. The role also includes an on-call allowance.
