Factory Process Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus Scheme
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm | Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer where you will play a key role in driving factory improvement projects. You will work closely with the Senior Management and wider Factory Leadership team, developing and documenting standard operating procedures, monitoring compliance, analysing operational issues, and implementing sustainable improvements that enhance efficiency, quality and productivity.

This role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking to broaden their project management experience while making a genuine impact across the factory, with excellent scope to develop into a broader factory improvement position over time.

• Experience with in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Strong understanding of production processes and operational best practices
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S or Continuous Improvement initiatives
• A proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset

• Support improvement projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to production
• Support the implementation of S5 and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Champion high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
• Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure all paperwork is accurate
