Our client based in Fairford are looking for a returns operative to join their team!
Returns OperativeRoles and Responsibilities:
- Processing and checking customer returns accurately
- Inspecting returned items and identifying any issues
- Recording information using internal systems
- Ensuring stock records are kept up to date
- Following company procedures and quality standards
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve return queries
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Methodical and organised with a strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in returns, warehouse, stock control or administration would be beneficial
- Comfortable working with systems and updating records
- Able to work accurately to deadlines
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
- X2 15-minute paid breaks
- 45 minutes unpaid lunch break
