An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our engaged Board of Trustees at Tetbury Hospital Trust as we are soon to lose two experienced Trustees as they reach the end of their term.

In this role, you will help shape the Trust’s strategy and guide priorities focused on delivering outstanding patient care. It’s an opportunity to contribute your skills, support our vision, and play a key part in strengthening healthcare for our patient community.

Trustees should bring strategic thinking, sound judgment, and commitment to the charity’s mission. Experience in governance, finance, healthcare, or community engagement is valuable, alongside strong communication and teamwork skills. Trustees use their expertise to oversee resources, shape priorities, and ensure accountability, helping the organisation deliver high‑quality care and lasting impact for patients and the wider community.

The Trust is seeking to recruit new Trustees who are passionate about bringing their knowledge, skills and experience to support the hospital to reach its strategic ambitions.
