The vacancy is for an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to be based in one of their busy and exciting offices in Cirencester. You will join a successful and polished team of like-minded individuals where you will be an integral part of the team. If you are looking to work for a company that values and rewards its employees and prides itself on offering an unparalleled service then this could the perfect role for you.

You will work closely with potential buyers to ensure they are kept up to date with all possible properties that are available for sale. Conducting viewings and tying up deals in a fast paced environment. You will also ensure you have made your vendors aware of all associated products.

• Excellent communication
• Good IT/administration
• Smart, well presented and articulate
• You will must be able to take accurate information for valuations and background situations for the vendors to maximise the best customer service which is expected from our client.
• Negotiation offers to achieve the best possible price.
• Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
• Full UK driving license and car
• Exceptional customer service skills
