We're recruiting on behalf of a successful, well-established retail business in Cheltenham that prides itself on outstanding customer service, quality products and a friendly, supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader looking to take the next step or continue their retail management career.

This is a 12 Month FTC with an immediate start available. What you'll be doing as an Assistant Showroom Manager You'll support the Showroom Manager with the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring every customer receives an excellent shopping experience while helping the team achieve sales targets.

Your role will include:
Supporting the Showroom Manager and leading the showroom in their absence Driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service Coaching, motivating and supporting a team of 5-6 colleagues Managing customer orders, appointments, deliveries and payments Helping with rotas, training and team performance Maintaining excellent showroom presentation and stock control What we're looking for in the Assistant Showroom Manager You'll ideally have:
Retail management, assistant management or supervisory experience A passion for delivering outstanding customer service A proactive, sales-focused approach Experience leading, motivating or coaching a retail team Strong organisation and attention to detail Confidence working in a busy customer-facing environment What's on offer?
