Sun 06:00–14:00, Fri 12:00–20:00, Sat 06:00–14:00.
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows and you will receive three‑weeks’ notice of shifts. If your availability matches closely but is not an exact match to the advertised windows, we can still consider you.

Responsibilities- Help serve shoppers better every day.

- Deliver great customer service, using knowledge of products and services within the store.
- Support picking and replenishment areas across the store as needed.
- Apply training consistently to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
- Make decisions that best serve customers and deliver routines that meet their needs on time.
- Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Understand the store’s performance, the part you play and how to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Live our values, make everyone feel welcome and always follow policies.
- Accept deliveries into the store when required.
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile.
