Deputy Manager – Charity Shop

We are looking for an enthusiastic Deputy Manager with strong retail experience to support the ongoing running of our charity shop in Cirencester.

Working closely with the retail manager, you will use your creativity, communication and customer service skills to generate quality donated stock. You will understand merchandising and presenting clothing, homeware, and books in a way that encourages maximum sales.

You will support the recruitment, training and management of a team of diverse volunteers, ensuring that all staff and volunteers are supported, motivated and compliant with charity policies.

We offer 30 hours per week over four days, including some weekend work. Flexibility on days worked is required to fully support the manager and team staffing levels.
