Membership Sales Advisor

Freedom Leisure, a charitable leisure trust operating over 130 centres across England and Wales, is hiring a Membership Sales Advisor. This role focuses on growing membership numbers, increasing income, and supporting the start of the membership retention process. You will represent the Freedom Leisure brand, build rapport with new and existing customers, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

• Support membership growth by using the sales process to achieve sales and income targets.
• Create excitement and passion for health and fitness to optimise all sales opportunities.
• Conduct face‑to‑face sales appointments to sell memberships and introduce customers to the freedom member journey programme.
• Contact all membership leads by phone, email and text where possible.
• Undertake regular competitor analysis and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, identifying opportunities.
• Work in a team‑orientated manner, collaborating across organisational boundaries and supporting colleagues.

• Experience in sales.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑facing skills.
• Proactive, able to exceed sales targets.
• Team‑orientated approach, able to work across any organisational boundaries.

28 hours per week, Monday – Sunday (rota basis).
