Our UK Country Business is looking to recruit an exceptional estate agent to help drive the Cotswolds market in our Cirencester office. From elegant period homes and prime city residences to contemporary developments and sought‑after village locations, the successful candidate will be responsible for winning instructions, building market share and delivering exceptional client service.

• Conduct market appraisals, viewings and negotiations to successful completion.
• Secure property instructions within company guidelines to achieve business targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and professional introducers.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share and generate new business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Build lasting relationships with clients while upholding Knight Frank's reputation and values.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a consistent track record of delivering results.
• Be self‑motivated, organised and driven to exceed targets.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maximise opportunities.
