We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a New/Used Car Sales Manager at their reputable dealership in Cirencester. Duties of a Car Sales Manager:
 
* Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve and surpass targets
 
* Drive new and used vehicle sales across the dealership’s brands
 
* Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales journey
 
* Oversee the sales process from enquiry to delivery, maximising conversion rates
 
* Manage stock levels, vehicle presentation, and merchandising standards
 
* Promote F&I products and improve overall profitability
 
* Coach team members to maximise their potential and performance
 
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships within the local community
 
* Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company policies
Requirements of a Car Sales Manager:
 
* Recent experience in car sales management within a franchise dealership is desirable; however, experienced Business Managers or Sales Controllers seeking progression will also be considered
 
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to succeed
 
* Ability to lead by example, engaging with customers and supporting the team
 
* Strong leadership and communication skills
 
* Full UK driving licence with minimal points
