About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our Agile team. Collaborating closely with the team lead and other team members to drive technical deliveries. Be a part of a people-first culture and help build and evolve our data modelling and analytics platform.

Responsibilities And Impact
  • Work in a team environment using Agile practices.
  • Develop and implement reliable, scalable technical software with AWS cloud services.
  • Learn about various components owned by the team and how these components fit within the overall platform.
  • Collaborate with peers to conduct proofs of concepts, drive technology and product selection, and support pilot implementation.
  • Work closely with data analysts, product owners, and lead developers to address business needs.
  • Constantly learn from and educate others to improve yourself and the project.
  • Develop front-end and back-end components of the web application using front-end frameworks like Angular.
  • Utilise Continuous Integration and Delivery development.
  • Collaborate closely with other developers, testers, front-end designers, and product owners.
What We’re Looking For Basic

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of strong experience in C# .NET Core, front-end frameworks like Angular, SQL, and Type Script.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile (ideally Scrum or SAFe) and Test-Driven Development.
  • Working knowledge of object-oriented design techniques and RESTful API implementations.
  • Ability to develop web apps that run on a cloud infrastructure like AWS.
  • Experience in maintaining high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, etc.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and learn from mistakes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or similar experience.
  • Interest in Data Science / Machine Learning.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter attitude, and results-oriented approach.
  • Good communication skills, with strong verbal and written proficiency.
