People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative, Yard Assistant, Warehouse Operative, Labourer, General Operative, Outdoor Operative, Site Operative, or Logistics Operative to join our well-established client based in South Cerney, Gloucestershire
. This is a fantastic opportunity offering immediate starts, full-time hours, a temp-to-perm opportunity, and genuine long-term career prospects within a busy and fast-paced environment.

Please note: Due to the site location, candidates must have access to their own vehicle.

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 18:00
• Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
• Early finish every Friday

• £12.71 per hour

• Carrying out general yard duties to support daily operations
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials safely around the site
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Assisting with the preparation and movement of stock, equipment, and materials
• Following site procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times
• Working effectively as part of a busy team to meet operational targets
• Carrying out manual handling tasks as required
• Supporting other areas of the site when needed
• Taking pride in completing tasks to a high standard
