Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Manage and optimize the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy, inventory control, and effective reporting.
  • Act as the liaison between sales, operations, and leadership, ensuring alignment and execution of priorities.
  • Continuously improve internal processes, procedures, and reporting methods to increase efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and accountability, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work culture.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.
  • Strong background in office or operations management with a focus on process improvement.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, including inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
  • Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership of projects and outcomes.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team empowerment.
  • Willingness to be actively involved in both high‑level strategy and day‑to‑day operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Management field, or minimum of 5 years equivalent experience.
