Senior Superintendent – K-12 & Public Works Projects
Our client, a union commercial general contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large ground-up K-12 and public works projects. This role oversees all on-site operations, manages field leadership, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
CompensationPay range: $/yr – $/yr (Base)
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus and Sign‑on Bonus
Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day field operations on ground‑up K-12 or public works projects
- Supervise superintendents, field staff, and union subcontractors
- Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Coordinate schedules, inspections, and site logistics
- Collaborate with project managers, owners, and inspectors
- Proven experience on ground‑up K-12 or public works projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Union pay rates with overtime opportunities
