We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex K–12 school or hospital construction projects. This role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact community facilities.

• Manage full project lifecycle for K–12 or healthcare builds
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract administration
• Coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance

• Proven experience on K–12 or hospital construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
