Position OverviewAs a Diesel Instructor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in diesel engines, diagnostics, and repair will guide them to promising careers across many industries. We believe that hands‑on learning is key to success, so you will dive into interactive teaching, inspire students, and help them conquer the challenges of modern diesel technology.

- Inspire and educate: create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can flourish.
- Hands‑on training: lead by example and provide practical demonstrations, ensuring students gain real‑world experience.
- Curriculum development: collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones aligned with industry trends.
- Mentorship: guide and mentor students on their individual projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
- Safety first: instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment.
- Education:
high school diploma or GED. - Experience:
3‑5 years of practical work experience in the field. - Certifications:
ASEs are highly valued; if not current, we will pay to obtain them. - Communication skills: strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective connection with students and staff.
- Patience and empathy: a patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace.
