Employee-owned HDR is currently seeking qualified individuals to provide project, geographic and technical leadership in our growing stormwater management programs. Our globally coordinated, locally delivered stormwater services improve the resiliency, sustainability, and safety of communities across the United States.

• Provide project, geographic, and technical leadership in stormwater management programs.
• Serve engineers of record, technical practice leaders, client advisors, and group managers.
• Lead complex stormwater infrastructure and management projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative stormwater solutions.

• Background in stormwater design, planning, hydraulics, hydrology, construction, or engineering.
• Experience in leading or supporting large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to relocate or work remotely within HDR’s 200+ locations.
