In home support (Caregiver) at Golden Years Home Care
Pay RangeBase pay: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
We’re looking for caring, HCA‑certified caregivers with a passion for serving others. If you love creating joyful moments and providing excellent care, we want you on our team!
Your Role- Ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of clients in their homes
- Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement
- Age 18 or older
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or have a valid exemption
- Current TB test or clear X‑ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep
- Shopping, errands, companionship
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
- $100 sign‑on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
- Competitive pay ($18‑$20/hr) .shocks for last‑minute and weekend fill‑in shifts
- Flexible schedules
- Full‑time, part‑time, on‑call, and weekend shifts available
