Job SummaryWe are looking for an Account Manager with in-depth knowledge and experience in direct sales within the mining industry. The successful candidate will be a motivated, sales-focused individual, responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within a specific territory (Nevada).
Key Responsibilities- Professionally represent and promote REMA Tip Top products and services to current and prospective customers within an assigned territory
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all REMA Tip Top products and services
- Provide basic product and application training to customers
- Research and develop target customer lists to drive new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long‑term, repeat customer relationships and key accounts
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of target markets and customer needs
- Create and execute market strategies and sales goals for assigned products and services
- Utilize effective territory planning and time management to maximize results
- Conduct regular customer visits, sales calls, and follow‑up activities
- Represent REMA Tip Top at industry trade shows and events as required
- Manage all direct sales activities within the designated territory
- Travel frequently within the territory and across the United States as needed to promote products and services
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business acumen with ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving ability
- Skilled in pipeline management and use of CRM systems
- Results‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, competitive environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of account management, business development, or sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and contract negotiation
- Experience working in the industrial, mineral processing or mining products industry, preferred
