Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative to promote and sell a specialized portfolio of diagnostic imaging and cardiac solutions. In this role, you will drive growth for our key product lines, including Cardiac, Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS), and Women’s Health Ultrasounds, as well as EKG and Cardiac Stress Systems.

This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and serving as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for our full suite of diagnostic equipment, specifically Cardiac, POCUS, and Women’s Health Ultrasounds, EKGs, and Stress Testing systems
    .
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within hospitals, clinics, private practices, and physician offices.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, sonographers, nurses, administrators, and key decision-makers.
  • Clinical Support: Provide in-service training, comprehensive product demonstrations, and clinical support to ensuring clinical staff are proficient with the equipment.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to support product launches and growth initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements regarding diagnostic imaging.
  • Events: Attend professional meetings and trade shows as required.
Qualifications
  • Education/

    Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
    OR clinical experience as a Cardiac Sonographer (highly valued).
  • Sales

    Experience:

    5+ years of successful medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales experience (preferred).
  • Travel: Required 1 week a month travel within the assigned territory.
  • Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to understand and communicate complex clinical and technical information.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $48,000
  • Commission: 10% commission on net profit (Uncapped earning potential)
