YourRole in the 7th Avenue
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our Austin showroom, helping customers turn their dream spaces into reality. You’ll provide thoughtful design guidance, product expertise, and a seamless shopping experience that makes luxury feel within reach.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Drive the Brand Story – Communicate the 7th Avenue difference to every customer, showcasing how style, function, and innovation solve real-life needs and elevate everyday living.
- Tailor Every Interaction – Lead one‑on‑one consultations rooted in listening and strategy, presenting configurations and solutions that directly drive purchase decisions.
- Sell Through Expertise – Be the go‑to authority on our products, using product knowledge, space‑planning tools, and demonstrations to instill buyer confidence and close the sale.
- Own the Relationship – Build and nurture long‑term customer relationships with a high‑touch, consultative approach, turning one‑time buyers into loyal clients.
- Leverage Tech to Convert – Actively track leads, manage follow‑ups, and use digital tools to create seamless, data‑driven sales journeys that result in conversions.
- Keep the Showroom Sales‑Ready – Ensure the showroom is always visually compelling and primed for sales—every display, scent, and playlist supports the customer’s path to purchase.
- Proven success in high‑end or luxury sales – Thrive in retail, high‑ticket sales, or concierge‑level service roles, building trust with clients who value style and substance.
- Sales & Outreach Mentality – Actively reach out, follow up, and build lasting client relationships rather than waiting for opportunities to come.
- Maximize Sales – Identify, nurture, and convert as many potential customers as possible through proactive engagement and closing.
