Isberg & Associates, Inc. is seeking a technically capable, field-oriented Sales Representative to support and grow manufacturer product lines serving electric utilities, substations, and power distribution markets.
What You’ll Do- Manage and grow utility and distributor accounts across Northern CA and Northern NV
- Represent industry-leading manufacturers in power, substation, and utility applications
- Conduct planned sales calls, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
- Forecast opportunities, support RFQs, and manage bids and orders
- Travel approximately 50%+ throughout the assigned territory
- Technical degree or equivalent utility / power industry experience
- 3+ years in power systems, substations, utility sales, or related fields
- Strong communication, planning, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and general sales methods
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to deliver Training sessions and explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience in building client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the Power industry is an advantage
