A welcoming and community-focused school in St Osyth is looking for a reliable and organised School Administrator to join their friendly office team. About the Role

You will be a key member of the school office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting both staff and pupils. Duties will include:

Administrative Duties

  • Completing daily registration and dinner registers
  • Managing deliveries, signing in items and distributing them accordingly
  • General filing, organisation, and document management
  • Stock management including ordering, monitoring levels, and maintaining tidy storage areas
  • Communicating professionally with staff, parents, and external visitors

Systems & Software

The school uses the following platforms, and experience with any of these is highly desirable (training can be provided):

  • Arbour
  • CPOMS
  • IRIS Financials
  • Microsoft School / MS Office Suite
