About You

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

· Experience working with pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs or in alternative provision is desirable.

· Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, empathetic approach.

· Ability to inspire and motivate pupils who may have complex needs.
