Location: Little Clacton
Compass Community is seeking Teaching Assistants to support learning in our schools. You will work with children with SEMH and SEND, delivering targeted support 1:1 or in small groups, while helping manage resources and participate in educational trips.
Applicants should have a good basic grasp of English and Maths, strong behaviour management, and a resilient, flexible approach to changing tasks as needs arise. Training and supervision are provided.
