The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer , you will play a key role in maintaining uptime and reliability within a busy operational environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Electrical and mechanical fault finding on industrial machinery Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to maximise reliability Reactive breakdown response to minimise downtime Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects Working closely with operations and fellow engineers Ensuring all work is completed to health & safety and engineering best practice Shift Pattern (Major Selling Point) 4 on / 4 off Days only – no nights Excellent work–life balance Predictable, structured rota Salary & Benefits £39,000 – £46,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Overtime available Company pension scheme Training and development support Long-term job security within a stable, well-invested site What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Background in industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, or process-driven environments Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, apprenticeship, or equivalent) Proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach ?
