Salary: 24,000 - 27,000 per annum
Permanent Position Clacton-on-Sea, Essex Day Shifts

We are recruiting a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join an innovative and growing manufacturing business based in Clacton-on-Sea. The company designs and manufactures sustainable, fully recyclable products used in projects across the UK and is recognised for quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility.

This is a permanent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are core to daily operations.

• Accurately measure and cut materials to specification

• Operate a range of production machinery

• Use handheld devices, tablets, and internal software systems

• Photograph jobs at required production stages

• Load, stack, wrap, and palletise goods ready for dispatch

• Maintain high housekeeping and cleanliness standards

• Adhere to all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Report safety concerns, equipment faults, or process deviations promptly

• A positive, proactive team player with a strong work ethic

• A safety-first mindset

• Reliable, trustworthy, and adaptable

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience using tools safely

• Previous manufacturing and production experience preferred

• Physically fit, comfortable working on your feet and lifting heavy panels

• Competitive salary of 24,000 - 27,000 per annum
