CNC Operator

Full-Time | Permanent | up to £27,000 | Clacton-on-Sea

We're looking for a CNC Operator to join a busy manufacturing team. This role involves preparing and cutting materials using a range of machines, including table saws, cross-cut saws, wall saws, spindle moulders and chop saws. You'll work from technical drawings, palletise components, and support CNC operations when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Operating cutting machinery safely and accurately
Preparing and palletising materials for fabrication
Reading and working from technical drawings
Supporting CNC setup and operation
Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
Keeping the workspace clean, organised and safe
Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing PPE

Skills & Experience:

Experience with CNC or cutting machinery
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to read technical drawings
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, safety-focused and hands-on
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
