We are looking for a reliable and experienced Assistant Store Manager to help manage our store and make Weird Fish a success in our New Outlet Store in Clacton on Sea.

Your key areas of focus:

• Responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is unavailable on the floor.
• Also, when store management is absent, you will need to supervise all employees and oversee sales, merchandising, customer service and operational functions.
• To always implement a high level of customer service.
• To take responsibility for tasks designated by the manager and to be responsible for store keys.
• Holding responsibilities - maintaining standards in order to meet operational needs of the store.
• To abide by all Weird Fish Rules and regulations
