LaMarca Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Traveling Construction Site Superintendent to oversee hotel renovation projects across the United States. This full‑time, hands‑on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys extended travel, and can drive results while managing subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships. Projects typically range from $500K to $3MM and last 70-100 days, requiring a Superintendent who understands the demands and rewards of hotel renovations.

• Manage daily on‑site operations to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and on‑site supervision
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, cleanliness, and jobsite organization
• Oversee and document inspections, punch lists, and project milestones
• Review plans, specifications, and subcontractor scopes of work
• Identify issues proactively and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve them
• Ensure accurate execution of interior finish scopes (painting, flooring, millwork, plumbing, electrical)
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Utilize construction management software and digital tools effectively

• 5-7+ years' experience as a superintendent on commercial renovation projects ($500K-$3MM range)
• Prior hotel renovation experience strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel nationwide for 70-100 days at a time (6-7 days/week during project durations)
• Strong leadership and field coordination skills
• Spanish language fluency or proficiency is strongly preferred (to communicate with Hispanic trade crews)
• Proficient with computers and construction software
• Strong understanding of interior scopes and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• No specific certifications required, but OSHA 10/30 is a plus
