• Provide private duty nursing care to adult patients in home settings
• Adhere to care plans and document patient progress
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and healthcare team
• Ensure patient safety and infection control standards
• Use electronic documentation on a tablet in the patient’s home

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state
• Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component);
  Aveanna can assist after hire if needed
• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
