is seeking entry level NDT/Mechanical Integrity Inspectors for a long-term contract role on-site in Clairton PA.
Candidates must be local to the area.
The entry level inspector / NDT technician will work under the direction of a Level II inspector to provide labor support by using power tools, 4” side grinders, end grinders, scrapers, and mechanical tools to prepare plant equipment for inspection. The technician will also assist the Level II inspector during inspections, gaining hours to become a certified MI inspector / NDT technician.
Responsibilities include safety planning, inspection planning, execution, and report generation.
The inspector / NDE Technician will report to a Lead Inspector who will set expectations for work quality, efficiency, and technical growth. Candidates should demonstrate eagerness to learn and develop into advanced inspection roles.
