PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Alabama on a part-time basis with growth potential as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision.
Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based treatment plans, using positive reinforcement, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure client progress and program fidelity.
