Job Summary

McSweeney Auto Chevrolet GMC/CDJR is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be ambitious, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Daily responsibilities include developing client relationships and providing product solutions tailored to customer needs.

Compensation

$30,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities

• Nurture lasting relationships to build a loyal clientele
• Exhibit consultative selling skills; assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority, understanding features, packages, and technologies
• Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
• Follow up with buyers to generate referral business
• Overcome objections and succeed in sales situations
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and reviews
• Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best every day

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• Eager to learn and improve product knowledge quickly
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
