Location:
Claremont, CA
Schedule:
Monday–Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Must work Mondays and Saturdays.
Seasonal:
First week of December through April, with potential to extend.
Pay: $30-35/hr doeJob Summary Seeking an experienced Seasonal Tax Preparer with 3–5 years of experience preparing individual federal and California tax returns. Must have an active CTEC Registered Tax Preparer registration, Enrolled Agent (EA) credential and strong knowledge of Schedule C and Schedule
D.Requirements & Responsibilities Prepare accurate federal and California individual tax returns.
Strong knowledge of Schedule C and Schedule
D.Communicate with clients face-to-face in English and Spanish.
Review financial documents, identify deductions, and answer tax-related questions.
Maintain client confidentiality and meet filing deadlines.
Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
Must be available to start the first week of December and work through April, with potential for extension.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of tax preparation experience, bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, required credentials, strong customer service skills, and availability to work Mondays and Saturdays.
