To be successful in this role, you’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in Personal Finance or Finance, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and Life, Health, and Disability Insurance licenses are required or the willingness to obtain them. Prior experience in financial planning or investment management and CFP® certification are preferred but not required.
